Pizza, curious developers, and conversations about Interledger. What more could you ask for on a Thursday night??
Last week I got to present at VanJS and I had such a good time. From the moment I walked in, people were already grabbing slices, chatting in clusters, and coming up to say hi. I love that about this community!
I took the room through the Interledger Stack, basically how all the pieces fit together: ILP, STREAM, Open Payments, Web Monetization, and how they layer on top of each other kind of like the internet protocol stack, but for money. That analogy went over really well, which made me happy.
But the questions were the highlight for me. People were engaged, sharp, and not afraid to push back or go deep. I ended up staying until 9pm and there was still a line of people wanting to chat.
