Rafiki Update
- New release including telemetry this week or early next week
- Working on securing admin API and UI
- Working on Rafiki end-to-end tests
- Working on pulling out Open Payments from Rafiki as a consequence of wanting to make Open Payments work with other payment methods in addition to ILP.
