Hi everyone,
I have recently been diving into the Interledger Protocol (ILP) and its potential to revolutionize cross-border payments; particularly in facilitating microtransactions. I am curious about how ILP can be integrated into real-world applications; especially for use cases like remittances, content monetization, and IoT payments.
Has anyone here had success using ILP for these kinds of microtransactions? What challenges have you faced with scalability; compliance; or user adoption?
I am also interested in hearing thoughts on how ILP can contribute to financial inclusion in developing regions.
Looking forward to learning from the community!

Hi Kevin! We've used ILP in the past for content monetization on gfam.live/ and am looking to implement it again with the new WM browser. Scaling up was difficult because at the time only Gatehub and Uphold supported it and it was mainly using XRP which not everyone was familiar or comfortable with. I'm excited that WM now seems to be based in fiat currencies.
Happy to answer any questions you have.
