Sorry you were not able to submit by the deadline. Wass there a technical issue? The CFP was open for 9 weeks, and we extended it a week, so we do feel it was open for an appropriate amount of time. There is always a danger of waiting until the last second. We advise all potential applicant to apply a few hours before deadline to deal with any tech issues that may arise. We will have more opportunities in the coming year.
