I notice when I opened Coil dashboard they have closed beta for tipping feature now.
Anyone managed to try it? Any thoughts or does anyone know how exactly this going to work along with Web Monetization API?

Haven't seen they made announcement openly for the feature yet. As for me maybe I'll try getting in when they do open beta in the future.
There was no official announement on the Affiliates either, and this is enabled for some folks for a few good months now.
Is that so. Haven't noticed it till now because I never opened Coil dashboard again since started subscribing to Coil (or maybe I just didn't notice that they already have from back then). Now at least for me they have update the UI to include tipping, though no button to refill the tipping balance right now.
The Coil extension doesn't have the tipping UI yet though.
I know it is getting closer to be tested more broadly. Hoping for more information soon.
