You can tip any of them, though some use probabilistic rev sharing with the Story Synth wallet, some have a charity as their chosen wallet, and some only have Story Synth wallet.
It'd be great if a future version of the standard allowed folks to name their wallet via metadata and then tippers could chose which wallet to tip (if there are multiple wallet links on the site).
