For those new to our community, ILF stands for Interledger Foundation. We are a community of technologists, digital creatives, researchers, entrepreneurs, and educators working to build new pathways to financial inclusion and equity through digital transactions.
ILF Updates:
- Web Monetization work week at the end of January to finalize the 2024 roadmap with ILF, Fynbos, and WM ambassadors. Hoping for a community beta in the first half of the year with Fynbos and Gatehub.
- Reviewing grants and planning relaunch of new grant activities
- Gearing up for an awesome year!
Rafiki Update
Wrapping up deprecating event liquidity (includes breaking changes)
Q1 Roadmap:
- Unbundling Rafiki -- Open Payments -- Accounting -- Payment methods
- Securing Admin API and UI
- Exchanging compliance information
Feature Update/ Share Out: Telemetry (Beni Munteanu)
Rafiki's telemetry infrastructure & pipelines allow for the systematic collection and analysis of network metrics, such as transaction amounts and successful transaction count, providing valuable insights for the Interledger network growth and operational decision-making.
