Rafiki Update

• Released Rafiki v1.0.0-alpha.2. Among other things we
• Added functionality to deactivate payment pointer
• Added functionality to allow Account Servicing Entity to populate payment pointer details on GET request to payment pointer
• Added Liquidity View, Deposit, and Withdrawal to the Admin Dashboard
• Updated Open Payments and Rafiki to deprecate description and externalRef (incoming and outgoing payment) in favor of metadata

• Continued to spec out new quoting mechanism, Open Payments spec change and implementation to follow
• Next step: Looking into ways to include KYC information in Open Payments
