About Paysys Labs:
Paysys Labs, based in Pakistan, specializes in payment system consulting and implementation support. The company has experience in strategic review of payment initiatives, doing market landscaping, deep expertise in technical implementation and experience in implementation of solutions to drive uptake of Digital Financial services.
The Paysys team has experience working on several local and international assignments related to Faster Payments or Instant Payment Systems (IPS), and they believe that each market implementation is unique and requires a good understanding of the context. We build on our rich experience, leverage best practices and develop a sound understanding of the context to meet the desired objectives of the projects we get involved in.
The Paysys Lab team’s main forte is its deep experience in designing and implementing technology platforms related to electronic payments, as well as hands-on practitioner experience working with large retail payment systems.
In the past, Paysys has provided oversight on national-level technology projects (review of implementation strategies, migration, and acceptance testing plans, etc.). Paysys team members have experience in setting up banking institutions and devising digital strategies for various Commercial Banks, including alternative delivery channels (such as self-service touchpoints, mobile apps, and internet banking implementation). We have also provided technology advisory services, including enterprise architecture review, security review, and DFS risk management.
Paysys has also been engaged in developing strategies and business cases for Payment service providers and Payment system operators, and has assisted clients in selecting vendors for technology replacement, managing migration strategies, and obtaining regulatory approvals.
