Finally got to play with Rafiki

A few months ago I didn't managed to spin up local Rafiki to play around with because of my macOS doesn't play nicely with the codebase. Now that the Rafiki team has updated the documentation for local deployment I decided to give it a try again and it's now working 🎉🎉🎉

For now I'm only able to create a new dummy payment pointer and nothing else - but that's only because I'm not familiar with graphql. I'm planning to explore it in the next few weeks and see if I can make something with it.
