I am running into an issue on Cinnamon when trying to upload a larger 2.7 GB video. Each time I reach 46 - 48% upload, I get an ERROR message, discover that I have been logged out of the account, and the upload is aborted.
Peter has been most helpful via the support chat, but unfortunately none of the fixes have worked yet.
The thought was that maybe I'd reached my monthly size limit on the account, but I have done the math and that is not the issue, even with the new video, I'd still be under the size limit for the month.
Has anyone else run into this issue? If so, were you able to find a solution?
A number of our interview videos are going to be larger files, so I am hoping to find a solution to this.
